Ph.D. degree is in process. • Diploma thesis: “VLF – waves in ionosphere: using for Earthquake prediction” The primary goal of the given work has been connected with the decision of a direct problem of dispersion. Ionosphere Radio-sounding by VLF-waves was initiated by radiators which were on the Earth. This radiation is dissipated on heterogeneities in an ionosphere and the amplitude and a phase of the signal was defined by receivers which also settled down on the Earth. On these data it was necessary to restore structure spatial heterogeneities. For the decision of the basic equation the method of a triangulation was used.
